Edge
Two inscriptions LATVIJAS BANKA (Bank of Latvia), separated by rhombic dots.
When the air starts to smell of snow, fir-trees and pies with bacon stuffing and Jack Frost adorns our window panes with intricate patterns of ice, we all have expectations of something unusual to happen. The Christmas miracle may even take the shape of a coin with a pinecone, which, having scattered its seeds for the sake of a new forest, is ready to enhance the Christmas tree and seems to even resemble one slightly.
