This Valet Auto Strop Razor in metal case made in England.
It is complete with strop and blade container for two razor blades.
The srop is hidden behind a little hinged plate and in dried out condition but still has some flexibility.
The blade container fits snugly inside the box.
The razor is market Valet Auto Strop Razor and in complete condition with some marks. One can notice a serial No 184808 on the right side of the razor and on the left side there is a date Nov 19th, 1923
Box measures 10,8 cm x 3cm x 7,8 cm. Box material : stainless steel.
This whole kit is in a very good condition.
The Gillette name derives from King C Gillette an inventor who started the American Safety Razor Company and then in 1903 changed the name to Gillette Safety Razor Company upon which they started advertising and producing of their first Gillette brand of razors.
