This is an WWII-era commemorative badge issued for the
“10. JÄHRIGE WIEDERKEHR DES GAUTAGES BERLIN”
(“10th Anniversary of the Berlin Gautag”).
The obverse features two central shields—one with the SS emblem and the other with the SA emblem—crowned with oak leaves.
Beneath the shields is a German state eagle holding a swastika, all surrounded by the full anniversary inscription in raised lettering.
The reverse contains a horizontal pin typical for event and organization badges from the 1930s–1940s.
This badge represents the type of regional commemorative pieces issued at political gatherings, parades, and administrative events during the pre-war and wartime period.
Its distinct symbolism and detailed construction make it a meaningful example of Third Reich-era political memorabilia.
An excellent collectible for WWII historians, medal collectors, or museum collections focusing on regional and organizational artifacts from the era.
